Stemming from concerns about food safety and hygiene, Thanh Nga restaurant decided to establish its first farm in 2012, Hang Treo Farm - Thanh Hoa with a total area of 17,000 m2, built 5 Israeli high-tech greenhouse, minimizing adverse external factors with a total area of 5,500 m2, mainly used to grow melons such as Kim queen melon, Japanese melon and baby cucumber like Japan. Hang Treo Farm, in addition to farming, also raises livestock and poultry, including chickens and pigs. The total area of the farm can raise up to 7,500 chickens, besides, the farm has built a 200 m2 large pigsty to raise clean pigs to supply to Thanh Nga restaurant.
By 2015, Thanh Nga restaurant continued to expand 1 more farm, Cau Do Farm, with an area of 14,000 m2 specializing in growing clean vegetables to supply to the restaurant, owning 2 Israeli high-tech greenhouses, and a fish pond with a water surface area of 5,000m2, peaking of 6 tons of fish.
In 2020, Thanh Nga restaurant expands the scale of raising organic standard clean fish at Doi Du farm with a total area of 15,000 m2, including 8,500 m2 of water surface, peaking at 20 tons of fish. At the Hill Umbrella farm, an Israeli high-tech greenhouse was built to increase the production of melons in the greenhouse.
With a strictly controlled farm system, Thanh Nga restaurant now has a clean and organic food supply of standards from vegetables, fruits, chicken, eggs, fish to pork to serve customers, bringing a peace of mind and affirm the food quality and safety that the investor wants to send to customers.
